Loan Packaging
The business finance department also provides loan packaging services to new and existing businesses. This service covers, at the customer's request, the ability to preview, prepare, and help submit a complete package of information to primary, public or other funding sources.
By utilizing this service, you will have more than 75 years of lending experience working to assure that the package you are developing meets or exceeds the requirements of the lenders.
Staff members will work with the lenders you choose to address questions they may have during the process. This assures that the completed package is workable for you and for those from whom you are seeking funding.
This is a fee-for-service program unless NMDC is one of the lenders in the package.
