guide is intended for drop off recycling at the:
Presque
Isle Recycling Center,
Skyway Industrial Park
655 Missile Street (Past the Airport)
Other
drop off sites are available near the Washburn Town Office and the
Mapleton Town Office.
General
Guidelines:
- Recyclables
may be dropped off at the Recycling Center weekdays 7:30 a.m.-4:00
p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.
- No
permit is required at the Recycling Center, but a permit is required
for Transfer Station users.
- Keep
your recyclables clean and dry.
- Please
separate your recyclables into the categories listed in this guide.
Always keep your paper separate from cans, glass, and plastics.
- Look
on the bottom of plastic containers for the plastic codes.
