Loring Digester RFP
Request for Proposals
The Loring Development Authority (LDA) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to design, furnish, and install a turnkey wastewater pretreatment system at the new Taste of Maine Potato Chip Company (TOMPCC) production facility located within the Loring Commerce Centre, Limestone, ME. The wastewater pretreatment system will remain the property of the LDA upon completion and acceptance.
This RFP is issued in accordance with the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) grant procurement rules and applicable 2 CFR 200 standards. All procurement actions must ensure open and fair competition and comply with NBRC’s requirements for federal‐funded construction projects, including NEPA, Section 106, and minority and women-owned business enterprise participation.
